Pilates Springboard Workshops

The studio is now equipped with four Pilates springboards and we’re running a series of workshops to introduce you to this versatile piece of equipment. 

The Pilates springboard provides an excellent introduction to the studio equipment. Much of the cadillac exercise repertoire can be performed on the springboard, providing a fun and challenging full body workout.

The workshops are designed to give participants the knowledge and confidence to use the springboards in a class setting. They will familiarise you with the equipment, including safety guidelines and the correct placement of the springs. You will then work through some of the basic exercises using the arm and leg springs, as well as the roll down and push through bars.

The workshops are open to anyone with Pilates experience and will last approximately two-and-half hours, including a short break with refreshments.

Places are limited and must be booked in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
